AI Deployment Consultant

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid work from the New York office is required. Up to 20% travel.

What you will do

• Lead requirements-gathering workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes, user journeys, data flows, and technical requirements, translating goals into solution designs.
• Design and deploy AI agents, skills, and autonomous workflows through hirify.global Studio.
• Partner with Solution Architects and Data Engineers on CDP use cases including segmentation, audience activation, personalization, recommendations, and reporting.
• Configure low-code and no-code workflows, interfaces, AI pipelines, and data activation tools, then test and troubleshoot them before launch.
• Deliver training and enablement, manage multiple customer engagements, and contribute to playbooks, frameworks, and delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in functional consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery, preferably in SaaS, martech, adtech, or data-driven environments.
• Hands-on client-facing experience designing and deploying AI solutions such as agentic workflows, LLM applications, or intelligent decisioning.
• Fluency in CDP and data platform concepts, including data flows, segmentation, audience activation, and data transformation.
• Strong requirements analysis, documentation, communication, facilitation, and training skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements, including escalations, while maintaining quality and stakeholder trust.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or equivalent enterprise CDP platforms.
• Background in customer data management, digital marketing, or GDPR/CCPA compliance.
• Certifications or demonstrated skills in building, testing, or enabling AI, LLM, chatbot, or decision-agent solutions.
• Experience collaborating with Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and Engagement Managers.
• Enterprise consulting experience in technology strategy and change management.
