Location: Must be based in Canada

Salary: CA$50,000 – CA$70,000 per year

What you will do

  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage potential customers.
  • Research and identify key personas in RevOps, Finance, and Sales leadership at B2B SaaS companies.
  • Communicate the value of the platform and uncover pain points through meaningful conversations.
  • Generate and qualify leads to set up product demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate prospecting activity in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and outbound strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada
  • 2-3 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting tools such as Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
