TL;DR
New Business Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for inbound and self-sourced leads with an accent on prospecting, multi-threading, and building relationships with senior technical buyers. Focus on developing a sales playbook, analyzing market trends, and evangelizing the product at industry events.
Location: Must be based in Vancouver, BC and able to work in-office 3 days per week.
Compensation: $134,000 – $167,500 CAD (OTE)

What you will do
- Win new business by identifying and engaging prospective customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to closed won deals.
- Prospect and source one-third of your own sales pipeline.
- Analyze market landscapes and customer trends to refine sales campaigns.
- Represent the company at local and large-scale industry events.
- Maintain accurate activity and forecast data in Salesforce and Gong.
Requirements
- Must be based in Vancouver and available for hybrid work (3 days/week in-office).
- 1+ years of experience in prospecting or closing roles.
- Proven ability to self-source opportunities and manage complex sales cycles.
- Experience engaging with senior technical buyers like CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Technical curiosity or background in software/technology.
