What you will do

  • Identify and research potential leads through social media, online research, and industry events.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage prospects.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure product fit.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology context.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft, or Outreach.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain high motivation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
