Location: Must be based in Canada (Markham, Ontario). The role is primarily remote, but requires in-person training and onboarding in Markham for 13 weeks and occasional attendance at a TD location for team events.

Salary: $45,700 – $61,000 CAD

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese or Mandarin required.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems with speed and accuracy.
  • Digital literacy across various devices including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
  • Flexibility and resilience when responding to challenging customer situations.
  • Must be able to attend 13 weeks of in-person training in Markham, Ontario.
