Salary: $45,700 – $61,000 CAD

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese or Mandarin required.
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems with speed and accuracy.
- Digital literacy across various devices including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Flexibility and resilience when responding to challenging customer situations.
- Must be able to attend 13 weeks of in-person training in Markham, Ontario.
