Requirements
- University degree or College diploma in a related field (chemistry, sales, or customer service).
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to interface confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
