Salary: $106,250 – $125,000

What you will do

• Manage procurement relationships with clients, account teams, and vendors.
• Develop and facilitate complex eRFPs, analyze responses, and negotiate contracts.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement strategies across the portfolio.
• Implement programs and facilitate supplier audits and QBRs to ensure KPI achievement.
• Interpret contracts, coordinate SOWs, and advise management on contractual rights and legal issues.
• Oversee a Procurement Coordinator and translate AI-generated insights into strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing, ideally in facility services.
• Proficiency with e-tools such as e-RFPs, reverse auctions, and contract management systems.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Legal knowledge regarding agreement negotiation and contract amendments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
