Head Of Procurement

What you will do

• Build the procurement function from zero, including policies, processes, and tooling.
• Own end-to-end sourcing for both indirect and direct spend categories.
• Negotiate contracts and vendor terms to drive meaningful savings and efficiency.
• Establish a vendor due-diligence and risk management program.
• Partner with Engineering and Hardware teams on component sourcing and supply continuity.
• Consolidate the vendor base and optimize existing relationships.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management.
• Proven track record of building or rebuilding a procurement function from scratch.
• Demonstrated success in complex negotiations and contract lifecycle management.
• Experience selecting and implementing procurement or vendor-management software.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to partner with Legal, Finance, and Engineering.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
