What you will do

• Contribute to focused explorations across statistical modeling, trial operations, and data quality.
• Work closely with clinical, statistical, and product partners to translate raw data into actionable insights.
• Develop reproducible, well-documented analysis workflows to support clinical decision-making.
• Evaluate assumptions using evidence and distinguish between signals, hypotheses, and verified facts.
• Track the impact of analyses on clinical decisions to refine future methodologies.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative or scientific field (MS or PhD).
• Foundation in applied statistics, including Bayesian inference, experimental design, and causal inference.
• Practical experience with Python, pandas, and SQL.
• Ability to work with messy, multi-source datasets and communicate uncertainty clearly.
• Must be able to work onsite in Somerville, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience with hierarchical or small-data modeling.
• Interest in clinical trial operations and drug development.
