Salary: $4,739.00 - $5,102.00 CAD Monthly

What you will do

• Recruit, evaluate, and schedule Standardized Patients, Clinical Teaching Associates, and Volunteer Patients for teaching sessions and clinical assessments.
• Coordinate training sessions, auditions, and information meetings for program participants.
• Maintain a confidential partner database and ensure scheduling accuracy using specialized software.
• Prepare and set up teaching environments, including managing medical supplies, linens, and audio-visual equipment.
• Collaborate with clinical faculty, program staff, and hospital administrators to ensure session requirements are met.
• Provide administrative support for OSCE exams and participate in the review of course learning materials.

Requirements

• High School graduation plus a two-year post-secondary diploma and four years of related experience.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late days, or weekends as required by teaching schedules.
• Ability to travel between teaching sites in the Lower Mainland.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in a professional environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and database management.
• Must be able to fulfill physical requirements such as moving tutorial furniture and setting up exam rooms.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in a medical or clinical setting.
