What you will do

  • Serve as the primary reception contact, professionally greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
  • Provide front desk coverage and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure an efficient workplace.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, mail services, and courier shipments.
  • Support onboarding activities, coordinate meetings, and organize office events.
  • Assist employees with general administrative inquiries and professional support.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support facilities activities and workplace processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, reception, office support, or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common workplace technologies.
  • Must be based in St. John's, NL.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting a front desk or reception area.
