Salary: $40,000 - $55,000

What you will do

  • Coordinate governance programs, including application processing, support materials development, and feedback documentation.
  • Maintain and verify the accuracy of member databases and email distribution lists using Microsoft Excel.
  • Manage a centralized team calendar and facilitate the coordination of virtual and live meetings.
  • Assist with Member Network elections and the preparation of legal governing documents for filings.
  • Track and distribute financial payments and generate accurate activity reports in collaboration with analysts.
  • Provide general administrative support, including MS Teams organization and transcription of meeting minutes.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or a relevant field.
  • Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Valid passport required for occasional international travel.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends to support governance activities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders and volunteers.
