Salary: CAD 90,640 – 115,360 yearly

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day facilities operations across multiple regional offices, collaborating with local teams and landlords.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and contracts for cleaning, maintenance, and catering services.
  • Lead health and safety initiatives, including training programs, incident readiness, and business continuity planning.
  • Manage regional budgets, forecasting, and spend tracking to drive operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate office fit-outs, renovations, and relocation projects, partnering with architects and contractors.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and review architectural/engineering drawings to ensure build alignment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities or workplace management.
  • Strong people management experience, including performance management and mentoring.
  • Proven experience delivering office fit-outs or renovations.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple sites and vendors.
  • Must be based in Toronto, Canada to support hybrid office operations.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a regional or multi-site role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for budgeting and reporting.
