Location: Remote Based - US (Maryland, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Rhode Island)
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 annually

What you will do
- Manage and grow key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Research, develop, and secure net new business while maintaining and expanding revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Own and manage the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate and up-to-date forecast opportunities and records in the CRM.
- Build relationships with key decision makers and develop high-value proposals aligned to customer outcomes.
- Lead and contribute to RFP responses and provide leadership, guidance, and support to Account Executives.
Requirements
- Territory coverage: must cover Maryland, Connecticut, and the states of New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Rhode Island
- 5+ years of sales experience with enterprise software.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing/growing key accounts.
- Experience qualifying new opportunities and accurately forecasting.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with cross-functional collaboration ability.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools; ability to travel in excess of 50%.
