Location: Remote within the U.S.

Salary: $187,000–$210,000

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Understand hirify.global’s product offerings and roadmap to confidently address customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer health and strategic alignment.
  • Identify and pursue new expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for expansions and renewals, including negotiation and coordination with internal experts.
  • Forecast monthly expansion and churn accurately and maintain clean sales pipeline data.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the U.S.
  • 3+ years experience in customer management or sales.
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline building skills without inbound support.
  • Exceptional communication skills for internal and customer-facing interactions.
  • Motivated, adaptable, and collaborative across departments.
  • Experience in security and compliance is desirable but not required.
  • Open to responsibly using AI tools to enhance work efficiency.
