TL;DR

Director, Strategic Accounts (SaaS): Leading a high-performing team of Strategic Account Executives focused on revenue growth and cross-selling for the healthcare sector in North America with an accent on consultative sales and pipeline management. Focus on scaling Enterprise accounts, mentoring account executives, and executing complex deals for communication platform products.

Location: Remote (US). Not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC.

Salary: $185,760 - $258,000 (depending on location) + commissions and equity.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 6-8 Strategic Account Executives focused on the healthcare sector.
  • Drive revenue growth and cross-selling of new hirify.global products to existing named accounts across North America.
  • Build and progress pipelines and execute complex deals through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s to provide tactical deal guidance, motivation, and career development.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable weekly forecast information to upper management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical solutions selling experience.
  • 4+ years of experience managing a team of account managers or strategic account executives within the Enterprise segment.
  • Proven track record of success selling a platform or SaaS.
  • Must be based in the US, excluding the restricted states mentioned in the location section.
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Contact Centers, Messaging, Call Tracking, and other communication solutions.
