Salary: $110,000–$130,000 base (entry-level to highly experienced); base salary + annual variable $130,000–$160,000 (entry-level to highly experienced)

What you will do
- Develop and execute account management strategies to improve client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing account management team with a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Serve as senior point of contact for major accounts, partnering with service delivery to ensure seamless execution and fast issue resolution.
- Oversee account performance using metrics, run performance reviews, reduce churn, and drive revenue retention through upselling and planning.
- Advise Home Services clients on effective combinations of Scorpion products and services (e.g., SEO, digital advertising, websites, reputation management, AI chat, online scheduling).
- Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and implementing best practices for tracking and reporting; proactively manage risks and compliance.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- 5+ years in account management or client service roles in a Digital Marketing Agency (or similar), with a proven track record managing Home Services clients.
- 3+ years of experience leading and coaching high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with executive-level presentation and strategic planning ability.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and tools that support service delivery and client management.
