TL;DR

Commercial Leader (AI): Driving enterprise adoption of World ID and proof-of-human infrastructure with an accent on strategic partnerships, complex deal structuring, and ecosystem building. Focus on identifying high-utility opportunities across AI, fintech, and consumer platforms to scale the World network.

Location: On-site in San Francisco

Salary: $306,000 - $360,000

hirify.global designs and builds the technology behind World, a real human network designed to accelerate people in the age of AI.

What you will do

  • Own the full lifecycle of strategic enterprise opportunities from market mapping through negotiation and launch.
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level executives, founders, and senior decision makers globally.
  • Drive adoption of World ID products in high-utility environments to verify human interactions.
  • Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements and multi-year enterprise contracts.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy teams to bring new commercial opportunities to market.
  • Identify ecosystem partnerships that accelerate distribution and long-term strategic value.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
  • Proven track record of personally closing large, complex, and high-stakes enterprise deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to create markets and source opportunities independently.
  • Experience selling to or partnering with Fortune 500 companies or major technology platforms.
  • Exceptional commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
  • Strong understanding of AI, fraud, identity, and security landscapes.

Nice to have

  • Experience closing $1M+ ARR enterprise agreements.
  • Existing network across major technology companies and financial institutions.
  • Experience bringing new technical products to market before the category is fully established.
