Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, or Seattle (4+ days per week in office)
Compensation: $195,000–$343,000 annually (base salary range depending on pay zone), plus sales incentives and equity.

What you will do
- Manage and mentor a team of Client Partners within a specific vertical.
- Drive revenue growth and hold the team accountable to quotas and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and agency partners.
- Define and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies for advertising campaigns.
- Analyze vertical trends to identify and execute growth opportunities.
- Assist sales leadership in determining account lists and individual quotas.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite 4+ days per week in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, or Seattle.
- 10+ years of experience in sales within the digital media space.
- 1+ year of experience managing a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.

- Pre-existing relationships with brand marketers and advertising agencies.
