Compensation: $144,000 – $170,000 OTE (plus equity and commission)

hirify.global is building an AI-native operating system for healthcare, integrating ambient AI, intelligent agents, and autonomous revenue cycle management to eliminate administrative burdens for clinicians and healthcare organizations.

What you will do

  • Close new business through relationship-based field sales strategies.
  • Evangelize the combined hirify.global and Athelas platform story to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Align technical solutions with specific business objectives and prospect needs.
  • Manage and overcome complex prospect objections throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with account teams to drive business development and maintain industry expertise.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven experience in a tech sales role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing full sales cycles and penetrating new markets.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tenacious, self-driven approach to winning business and closing deals.
