What you will do

• Own the specialist overlay motion for agentic products across new and existing customer opportunities.
• Partner with Account Executives to qualify leads, develop deal strategies, and support the full sales cycle.
• Lead strategic customer conversations to position the value of the agentic product suite against business goals.
• Coach the sales team on best practices, objection handling, and product storytelling to increase win rates.
• Translate field insights and customer feedback into actionable data for Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Analyze pipeline health and product adoption metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Austin, US
• Proven track record in a quota-carrying sales environment selling AI solutions for Customer Experience.
• Strong discovery, storytelling, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and driving revenue growth.
