What you will do

• Administer and manage sales commission processes utilizing Spiff.
• Validate commission calculations and ensure accurate payouts based on compensation plans.
• Audit sales transactions and revenue data between Salesforce and Spiff.
• Resolve commission discrepancies and inquiries from sales representatives and managers.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc commission reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for compensation plans and process workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Sales Operations, or Compensation Administration.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with Spiff or other incentive compensation management systems.
• Familiarity with revenue operations processes and data auditing.
