TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (AdTech): Managing the onboarding lifecycle for high-value publisher partners on the SpringServe platform with an accent on technical consultation and programmatic ecosystem expertise. Focus on designing migration plans, providing technical demos, and ensuring seamless integration for CTV and Mobile In-App publishers.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY or San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Salary: $115,000 – $125,000

What you will do

  • Lead technical demos of the SpringServe platform for high-value CTV and Mobile In-App publishers.
  • Design and implement migration plans to ensure uninterrupted technical functionality during onboarding.
  • Act as the primary technical resource and point of contact for publishers throughout their onboarding lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Product, and Publisher Operations teams to deliver solutions.
  • Communicate product needs and timelines to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through strategic consultation and responsive support.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in advertising technology.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, specifically CTV and Mobile In-App.
  • Experience working with Mobile SDKs, oRTB, and VAST specifications.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
