What you will do

• Translate commercial agreements into structured media plans for effective campaign execution
• Define campaign structures, formats, and product selection according to planning guidelines and objectives
• Coordinate campaign setup with internal teams and external partners, aligning timelines, requirements, and deliverables
• Manage asset requests and creative briefings to ensure complete, accurate materials are available on time
• Prepare campaigns for handover to Activation teams and ensure full campaign readiness
• Monitor timelines, dependencies, and planning milestones while maintaining accurate documentation and planning data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, media planning, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of retail media and campaign planning processes
• Ability to translate commercial input into structured media plans and campaign setups
• Strong coordination and project management skills for multiple timelines and stakeholders
• High attention to detail and excellent communication and collaboration skills
