TL;DR

Growth Manager (PropTech): Driving adoption of the Street platform within an existing client base with an accent on cross-selling, consultative sales, and managing the full expansion lifecycle. Focus on identifying untapped opportunities, conducting expert-level product demonstrations, and solving specific pain points for UK estate agencies.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Manchester (Hybrid, up to 2 days WFH). Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £60,000).

What you will do

  • Take command of the cross-sell lifecycle to turn untapped potential into closed-won revenue.
  • Manage a high volume of expansion opportunities through the sales funnel from outreach to signature.
  • Conduct expert-level product demonstrations tailored to specific client pain points.
  • Prioritize high-value accounts and multi-branch agencies for strategic expansion.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify and close commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain meticulous records in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
  • 2+ years of experience in a SaaS sales role (AE or Account Management).
  • Proven ability to sell solutions rather than just features.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the UK estate agency industry and its challenges.

  • Previous experience in PropTech or the Estate Agency sector.
