TL;DR
Growth Manager (PropTech): Driving adoption of the Street platform within an existing client base with an accent on cross-selling, consultative sales, and managing the full expansion lifecycle. Focus on identifying untapped opportunities, conducting expert-level product demonstrations, and solving specific pain points for UK estate agencies.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from Manchester (Hybrid, up to 2 days WFH). Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £60,000).

What you will do
- Take command of the cross-sell lifecycle to turn untapped potential into closed-won revenue.
- Manage a high volume of expansion opportunities through the sales funnel from outreach to signature.
- Conduct expert-level product demonstrations tailored to specific client pain points.
- Prioritize high-value accounts and multi-branch agencies for strategic expansion.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify and close commercial opportunities.
- Maintain meticulous records in the CRM.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- 2+ years of experience in a SaaS sales role (AE or Account Management).
- Proven ability to sell solutions rather than just features.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the UK estate agency industry and its challenges.
