TL;DR

Business Development Representative: Generating qualified opportunities and opening conversations with senior stakeholders to support growth across public and private sectors. Focus on building pipeline, executing multi-channel outreach, and developing strategic target accounts within a specialist business change consultancy.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Leeds or North East England (Hybrid/Remote).

Salary: £32,000–£35,000

What you will do

  • Identify and research target organizations and map key decision-makers.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Generate and qualify meetings for senior consultants and commercial leaders.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Monitor target organizations for transformation programs and leadership movements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to sales performance improvements.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Lead Generation role.
  • Experience within an IT Consultancy, SaaS, MSP, or technology services environment.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and new business activity.
  • Confidence engaging with senior business stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems for activity and opportunity management.
