What you will do

  • Develop and manage strategic consulting partners, creating detailed account plans to unlock new customers and account penetration.
  • Drive commercial activation and partner-led sales by building repeatable co-sell motions and joint commercial planning.
  • Build and manage a software partner ecosystem to strengthen commercial positioning and customer relevance.
  • Enable partners by translating hirify.global's software value into client workflows and credible commercial positioning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to improve partner readiness and GTM playbooks.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of professional experience in B2B software, focusing on commercial partnerships and ecosystem development.
  • Proven track record of turning partnerships into measurable pipeline and strategic customer value.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across partner organizations and internal teams.
  • Fluent business English and business German.
  • Must have existing right to work in the UK.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience in PropTech, ClimateTech, or enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Expertise in co-sell motions and strategic account planning for institutional customers.
  • Additional European languages.
  • Existing network within the real estate industry.
