What you will do

  • Lead and coach a field sales team to drive venue acquisition and hit monthly revenue targets.
  • Spend significant time in the field with Business Development Managers to support live pitches and refine sales techniques.
  • Manage pipeline hygiene and CRM accuracy within HubSpot to ensure clear conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with leadership, Marketing, and RevOps to refine local market strategies and feedback loops.
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp new team members while maintaining high activity standards.
  • Support launches in new London areas to establish early traction and venue pipelines.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience leading a high-activity field sales team.
  • Proven track record of managing 6-10+ sales reps and delivering high-value revenue targets.
  • Strong experience in high-velocity sales environments with hands-on CRM management.
  • Ability to coach reps in real-time during customer interactions.
  • Must be based in London or able to work in a hybrid capacity within the London area.

Nice to have

  • Experience in hospitality, food tech, SaaS, or marketplace businesses.
  • Strong existing network within the hospitality industry.
  • Track record of supporting new city or market launches.
