TL;DR

Account Manager (Customer Success Manager) (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of B2B clients to drive retention and revenue growth with an accent on relationship management and contract renewals. Focus on identifying expansion opportunities, resolving client issues, and meeting KPIs to ensure long-term customer value.

Location: Hybrid (Portsmouth, UK). Must travel to the Portsmouth office 3 days a week

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (Base) with OTE potential of £50,000+ in year one and £60,000 by year two

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of B2B customers through regular stakeholder meetings.
  • Identify, qualify, and resolve client issues in collaboration with internal Support and Product departments.
  • Drive revenue growth by upselling and negotiating contract renewals and expansion proposals.
  • Develop strategies to increase product value by identifying further use cases for clients.
  • Work towards and achieve weekly KPIs and monthly targets both individually and as a team.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a Sales background.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to interact and negotiate with Director-level individuals.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with a passion for meeting targets.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the Portsmouth office 3 days per week.
