TL;DR

Deal Desk Manager (AI): Architecting an AI-driven deal desk ecosystem to automate sales workflows and optimize enterprise deal structures with an accent on agentic workflows and predictive analytics. Focus on serving as a strategic Sales Co-pilot to maximize deal velocity, improve LTV, and reduce friction through iterative process automation.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Austin, TX (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Lead the structuring and execution of non-standard, high-value enterprise deals.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to maximize deal velocity and margin optimization using AI-driven insights.
  • Curate and tune automated agents to ensure compliance and accuracy in the deal approval ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Product teams to streamline and automate deal desk processes.
  • Integrate LLMs and generative AI tools to identify bottlenecks and reduce deal cycle times.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, FP&A, or Revenue Operations.
  • Proven track record supporting large-scale enterprise sales motions.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models, and financial concepts like ARR and Gross Margin.
  • Experience drafting and interpreting commercial contracts with a focus on revenue recognition.
  • Proficiency in leveraging agentic workflows and prompt engineering to automate operational tasks.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for export control compliance.

Nice to have

  • Experience in software sales or sales operations.
  • Deep knowledge of Cloud/SaaS infrastructure and the global cybersecurity landscape.
