What you will do
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase revenue within Enterprise and Commercial contact centers.
- Lead all sales activities and negotiate Enterprise-wide agreements to achieve annual quotas.
- Analyze customer business situations to identify constraints and leverage AI-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with C-level and VP-level executives.
- Coordinate internal and external groups to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions.
- Monitor and manage purchasing agreements throughout the sales lifecycle.
Requirements
- Must reside in the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT).
- 5+ years of experience in hunter-type roles selling multiple software products and services.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience selling AI Software Solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its practical applications.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for C-level engagement.
- Proven ability to build trust and manage complex customer escalations.
