Location: Must reside in the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT)

What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase revenue within Enterprise and Commercial contact centers.
  • Lead all sales activities and negotiate Enterprise-wide agreements to achieve annual quotas.
  • Analyze customer business situations to identify constraints and leverage AI-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with C-level and VP-level executives.
  • Coordinate internal and external groups to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions.
  • Monitor and manage purchasing agreements throughout the sales lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT).
  • 5+ years of experience in hunter-type roles selling multiple software products and services.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience selling AI Software Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and its practical applications.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for C-level engagement.
  • Proven ability to build trust and manage complex customer escalations.
