TL;DR

Enterprise Business Development Representative (Sales): Driving new business growth by identifying and engaging senior decision-makers at target accounts with an accent on outbound prospecting and pipeline development. Compensation: $80,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings) per year.

What you will do

  • Execute outbound prospecting via phone and email to build a robust pipeline for managed accounts.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and guiding them through the hirify.global solution process.
  • Partner with Account Executives to multi-thread into complex accounts and secure meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Achieve performance goals including qualified leads, completed calls, and scheduled meetings.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline development within Salesforce.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, tradeshows, and customer-facing events.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US as the company does not sponsor work visas.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales development or a related role.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex accounts and identify senior-level decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the year for company events and customer visits.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
