Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving business growth by identifying potential clients and scheduling qualified appointments for the field sales team with an accent on outbound outreach and pipeline management. Focus on executing high-volume cold calling and social outreach, managing account strategies, and leveraging sales tech stacks to meet monthly performance targets.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Lehi, Utah (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)
Salary: $24.03/hour plus commission

What you will do
- Generate interest through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers.
- Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Manage a personal book of accounts and set effective outreach strategies.
- Utilize tools including Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Chili Piper, and Gong.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and provide feedback on role effectiveness.
- Travel to attend sales conferences, events, and training sessions as required.
Requirements
- Must be able to work 3 days per week in the Lehi, Utah office.
- Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, ideally as an SDR working with Mid-Market accounts.
- Ability to meet or exceed daily activity minimums of 80-100 actions.
- High degree of resilience and a coachable mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Unmatched work ethic and ability to maintain a schedule aligned with assigned business hours.
