TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (ERP): Generating new sales opportunities through prospecting research and outreach efforts with an accent on cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling. Focus on qualifying net new logos, managing sales sequences in HubSpot, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Reston, Virginia, USA (Hybrid model).

Salary: $70,000 base, $92,000 OTE.

What you will do

  • Build lists of qualified accounts and prospects that fit the ideal customer profile.
  • Execute strategic sales sequences in HubSpot to engage potential customers.
  • Qualify prospects at net new logos and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Reengage with past opportunities to identify new business potential.
  • Track and report on activity and pipeline metrics within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Reston, Virginia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology.
  • Experience in prospecting, list building, cold calling, and demand generation.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot and sales-enablement platforms.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with VP and C-level executives.

Nice to have

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or Jasper for content generation.
