Location: Must be based in Austin, TX and able to work in office 3 days per week
Salary: $110,000–$130,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Manage the entire sales process from initial conversation to close for a book of ~300 SMB accounts.
- Negotiate high-volume renewals and identify expansion opportunities to meet monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Conduct 5+ meetings per day, including demos, pricing calls, and customer escalations.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene and provide accurate pipeline forecasting within a 10% margin.
- Utilize consultative selling skills to identify customer challenges and articulate platform value.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing a large book of accounts within the SMB segment.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting targets for at least 3 trailing quarters.
- Must be willing to be in office 3 days per week in Austin.
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience with the full sales cycle.
- Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at the Director level and above.
- Adaptability to learn new technologies and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
