What you will do

• Lead the assessment and optimization of the People technology stack and consolidate HRIS tools.
• Review, document, and improve core HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle.
• Support the development of company-wide leveling, compensation frameworks, and geographic salary bands.
• Reorganize People documentation in Notion and implement AI-driven automation for workflows.
• Provide pragmatic HR guidance and support manager enablement programs across the business.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HRBP roles.
• Experience working within fast-growing startups or scale-ups.
• Proven expertise in evaluating and implementing HRIS platforms and People tech.
• Knowledge of European employment practices, especially French employment law.
• Must be based in Paris to facilitate regular office collaboration.
