Compensation: $90,000–$130,000 USD per year (depending on location and qualifications).

What you will do
- Engage and qualify high volumes of inbound and outbound leads to advance prospects through the sales process.
- Research and prospect new accounts by identifying key personas and executing targeted cold campaigns.
- Create sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives based on qualification criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of all activity in Salesforce in alignment with established processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed meeting quotas to support territory revenue goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of previous prospecting experience.
- Must be located in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach.io, and ZoomInfo.
- Strong business and tech acumen with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated curiosity and sound judgment in applying AI tools.
