Sr. Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Jose, California, United States. Hybrid work with some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations.

Target annual salary: 196,350–292,600 USD, depending on location, qualifications, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Lead product initiatives for the AI application market and agentic AI developers and operators.
• Analyze customer problems and market opportunities through market awareness, customer discovery, and experimentation.
• Develop and maintain the AI market segment vision and compelling value propositions.
• Align product, engineering, go-to-market, and executive stakeholders around segment strategy.
• Support go-to-market activities, including sales plays, strategic customer conversations, and conference presentations.
• Resolve critical customer issues and broader prioritization decisions within the AI market segment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including work with developer-focused products.
• Strong understanding of AI customer objectives, market trends, and key AI concepts.
• Ability to facilitate and manage planning in demanding stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication and business acumen.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with open-source products such as Apache Cassandra, Apache Kafka, OpenSearch, Cadence, ClickHouse, and PostgreSQL.
• Technical understanding of key cloud architecture concepts.
