Manager, Solutions Consulting Readiness (AI Automation)

Salary: $150,000–$275,000 USD base salary

What you will do

• Own the lifecycle, roadmap, requirements, release quality, and adoption measurement for the internal DemoHub application.
• Manage a reusable demo asset library and ensure assets meet quality, clarity, polish, and field-readiness standards.
• Lead Storylane interactive demos and clickable demo experiences in partnership with Product Marketing.
• Architect and maintain scalable Solutions Consulting demo environments with clear service boundaries, deployment patterns, security, and governance guardrails.
• Coach a distributed technical team responsible for demo assets, application design, and environment management.
• Partner with Product, Enablement, Sales Operations, IT, Marketing, and field leadership to prioritize work and measure business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical product management, or sales engineering within enterprise software.
• Hands-on expertise with hirify.global application design, including SAIL, process models, data modeling, integrations, security frameworks, and deployment patterns.
• Experience owning product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, requirements gathering, and release management.
• People leadership experience managing and coaching technical teams across distributed locations.
• Experience with interactive demo platforms, video production tools, demo artifact workflows, metrics, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience building reusable application architectures and component libraries for internal platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and automation patterns.
• Background in sales operations, enablement program design, or field readiness initiatives.
• Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow.
