What you will do
- Own the end-to-end roadmap for AI-powered creative tools used by internal production teams and real estate agents.
- Identify and validate generative AI opportunities across text, image, video, and audio, then partner with engineering to deploy models into production.
- Map designer and media-producer workflows, remove bottlenecks, and prioritize features that improve listing success.
- Lead product discovery and sprint planning while aligning executive, legal, studio, and engineering stakeholders.
- Use PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools to track user behavior, feature usage, and platform performance.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, MarTech, digital asset management, or creative media tooling.
- Hands-on experience integrating generative AI technologies, including LLMs and media-generation models, into production software.
- Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, producers, or other creative professionals to productize complex workflows.
- Proficiency with Agile delivery and product analytics platforms such as PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Metabase.
- Ability to work remotely from Latin America.
