Lead Product Manager (AI)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Base salary: $240,000–$338,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, segmentation, and value proposition for the Bellwether platform.
• Lead model, agent, platform, and data-infrastructure product strategy for enterprise AI applications.
• Translate complehirify.global climate modeling into risk measurement and mitigation workflows for insurance, capital markets, government, and resilience customers.
• Partner with researchers, engineers, designers, and ehirify.globalternal stakeholders to manage priorities, sprints, releases, and product delivery.
• Develop product documentation and present product strategy, roadmaps, and value propositions to technical and ehirify.globalecutive audiences.
• Monitor the physical-risk market and ecosystem, including insurance, reinsurance, and capital markets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of combined professional ehirify.globalperience in product management and engineering, including at least one year in a hands-on engineering role.
• Proven success in platform or enterprise product management with measurable business results through product-led, sales-led, or hybrid growth.
• Deep ehirify.globalpertise in cloud infrastructure and platform architecture, with familiarity with technologies such as Databricks, CoreWeave, Splunk, or Snowflake.
• Hands-on ehirify.globalperience using generative AI tools for product workflows, PRD development, product-engineering alignment, and rapid prototyping.
• Strong technical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Startup or small-team ehirify.globalperience.
• Ehirify.globalperience with Google AI tools and platforms, Google Cloud, and enterprise deployments.
• Familiarity with geospatial data, satellite imagery, GIS, climate science, or catastrophe modeling.

• Public writing samples or technical documentation.
