Product Manager (Digital Services)

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and planning through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Define product features, workflows, and user journeys, including work dependent on or migrating from legacy systems.
• Shape UI/UX direction to deliver intuitive experiences within legacy constraints.
• Write and maintain product documentation (product requirements, functional specs, user stories) in Confluence and Jira.
• Manage product backlogs and coordinate with engineering in a true agile framework (Scrum/Kanban).
• Analyze user feedback and product performance data; use AI tools (Claude AI) to accelerate research and product thinking.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States (preferably New York Tri-State area or East Coast).
• 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner on software/digital products.
• Strong UX/UI and product design principles; ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and development tasks.
• Experience working with legacy systems (strongly preferred).
• Proven experience managing backlogs and working in true agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• English: native/first-language level required.

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating with design teams using Figma.
• Experience with digital consumer products or SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude AI.
