What you will do

  • Own the global CRM platform roadmap, driving continuous discovery of new features, integrations, and capabilities.
  • Define the long-term platform vision, including the implementation of automation and AI.
  • Assess the multi-platform CRM landscape across various markets to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
  • Manage the backlog based on business impact and strategic priority across multiple markets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and IT leadership.
  • Develop clear, actionable user stories and detailed specifications for engineering and consultant teams.

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a Product Manager/Owner for Sales & Marketing CRM platforms, preferably in an enterprise or multi-market context.
  • Proven track record of setting or contributing to multi-market technology strategies.
  • Strong technical understanding of CRM platforms, data models, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to decompose complex problems into user stories.
  • Confident senior-level communication skills for engaging with business and technology leadership.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Stockholm, Sweden.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with HubSpot.
  • Domain expertise in property, block management, lettings, or property sales systems.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
