What you will do
- Own the global CRM platform roadmap, driving continuous discovery of new features, integrations, and capabilities.
- Define the long-term platform vision, including the implementation of automation and AI.
- Assess the multi-platform CRM landscape across various markets to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Manage the backlog based on business impact and strategic priority across multiple markets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and IT leadership.
- Develop clear, actionable user stories and detailed specifications for engineering and consultant teams.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Product Manager/Owner for Sales & Marketing CRM platforms, preferably in an enterprise or multi-market context.
- Proven track record of setting or contributing to multi-market technology strategies.
- Strong technical understanding of CRM platforms, data models, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to decompose complex problems into user stories.
- Confident senior-level communication skills for engaging with business and technology leadership.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Stockholm, Sweden.
Nice to have
- Experience working with HubSpot.
- Domain expertise in property, block management, lettings, or property sales systems.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
