What you will do

• Own and manage the end-to-end product roadmap and lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Prioritize product features and maintain the backlog within an agile project management framework.
• Develop user personas and detailed user stories to define target customer needs and behaviors.
• Translate user insights into clear technical requirements and specifications using Jira and Confluence.
• Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development teams to bring products to life.
• Evaluate post-launch performance and conduct comprehensive fintech market research to identify industry gaps.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in the fintech industry or a related field.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (Resumes must be submitted in English).
• Experience with wireframing and mockup tools such as Figma, Moqups, or Balsamiq.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle and SDLC.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as Prince 2, PMP, or Scrum Master/Product Owner.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
