What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA to deliver high-value features.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product role.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong ability to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Experience managing product backlogs using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Madrid for a hybrid work model.
