TL;DR

Location: New York Office

Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Identify and activate practice leads and partners within target financial services consulting firms.
  • Manage a portfolio of partnerships from early engagement through to formalized go-to-market agreements.
  • Run structured account mapping sessions to open active deal threads.
  • Co-deliver initial joint client engagements to generate case studies and build trust.
  • Enable partner teams on the platform narrative and joint solution value proposition.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create joint assets like white papers and co-branded events.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in a commercial role at a high-growth B2B software company.
  • Background in investing (Tier-1 fund) or consulting (MBB or Big 4) is highly preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand and influence partner incentives.
  • Builder mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
  • Structured thinker capable of managing multiple complex relationships simultaneously.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the New York office.
