What you will do

  • Manage a caseload of pre-litigated personal injury claims, including road traffic, employers' liability, and public liability.
  • Conduct initial merit assessments and obtain supporting evidence from witnesses and pre-action disclosure.
  • Coordinate medical evidence and instruct non-medical experts where appropriate.
  • Assess the value of claims and maintain communication with clients, witnesses, and defendants.
  • Manage case documentation and make decisions on disclosure.

Requirements

  • Recent graduates with a strong interest in personal injury law.
  • Currently studying towards SQE or an equivalent legal qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Liverpool, UK.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of personal injury law, Pre-Action Protocols, and Civil Procedure Rules.
  • Familiarity with funding procedures.
  • Experience with case management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
