What you will do
- Manage a caseload of pre-litigated personal injury claims, including road traffic, employers' liability, and public liability.
- Conduct initial merit assessments and obtain supporting evidence from witnesses and pre-action disclosure.
- Coordinate medical evidence and instruct non-medical experts where appropriate.
- Assess the value of claims and maintain communication with clients, witnesses, and defendants.
- Manage case documentation and make decisions on disclosure.
Requirements
- Recent graduates with a strong interest in personal injury law.
- Currently studying towards SQE or an equivalent legal qualification.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and meet strict deadlines.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Liverpool, UK.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of personal injury law, Pre-Action Protocols, and Civil Procedure Rules.
- Familiarity with funding procedures.
- Experience with case management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
