What you will do

• Manage a varied caseload of litigated recovery claims from instruction to resolution.
• Draft legal documents including claim forms, witness statements, and directions questionnaires.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies to maximize financial recovery for clients.
• Negotiate quantum and settlement outcomes in line with court timetables.
• Act as a technical referral point and peer reviewer for litigation queries.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and audit standards across all case records.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool, UK.
• Solid understanding of the Road Traffic Act, RTA insurers, and Article 75.
• Proven experience handling litigated motor claims, including costs and schedules.
• Ability to draft legal proceedings and manage cases through the court process.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex or high-value claims.
• Proficiency in using case management systems and standard IT tools.
