What you will do
- Manage a varied caseload of litigated recovery claims from instruction to resolution.
- Draft legal documents including claim forms, witness statements, and directions questionnaires.
- Develop and execute litigation strategies to maximize financial recovery for clients.
- Negotiate quantum and settlement outcomes in line with court timetables.
- Act as a technical referral point and peer reviewer for litigation queries.
- Ensure compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and audit standards across all case records.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool, UK.
- Solid understanding of the Road Traffic Act, RTA insurers, and Article 75.
- Proven experience handling litigated motor claims, including costs and schedules.
- Ability to draft legal proceedings and manage cases through the court process.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex or high-value claims.
- Proficiency in using case management systems and standard IT tools.
