What you will do

• Act as subject matter expert on UK payroll legislation, HMRC, RTI submissions, and Auto-Enrolment pension regulations
• Manage and deliver monthly payroll processing for ~600 employees via ADP
• Process benefits through monthly payroll and handle end-of-year reporting
• Serve as key contact for payroll-related audit queries
• Apply strong Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Perform data analysis, automation, and root-cause investigations

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in the United Kingdom
• Strong expertise in UK payroll legislation and compliance
• Experience with ADP payroll systems and benefits processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation
• Trustworthiness, data ethics, and emotional intelligence
