What you will do

• Build and deploy AI Agents automating accounting workflows with accurate configuration and documentation.
• Deliver structured training, workshops, and coaching to corporate accounting teams to enable AI Agent adoption.
• Perform troubleshooting and coordinate with technical teams for escalations.
• Support product improvement through customer feedback and feature testing.
• Collaborate with partner consultants to ensure delivery standards and training.
• Travel up to 50% for on-site deployment and training sessions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in London, UK office
• 2–4 years accounting experience with knowledge of reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Background in accounting required; ACA or ACCA preferred.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, APIs, and integration concepts in accounting systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for training and customer enablement.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German language preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with AI or automation platforms such as LLM-based agents or RPA tools.
• Experience in professional services, finance transformation, or process optimization.
